The Bar Poker Open Championship drew a total 684 entries creating a prize pool of over $100,000. The players traveled to The Borgata from all around the country and there was certainly no shortage of action.<\/p>\n

There were 72 players that returned on Day 2 and when the dust settled Jesse Gutierrez from Kontenders Poker in Austin Texas was the last man standing.<\/p>\n

Guitierrez came into the final table in the middle of the pack but stayed patient picking his spots throughout on his way to victory.<\/p>\n

Guitierrez takes home his largest career tournament score of $23,350 and the coveted Bar Poker Open Championship trophy.<\/p>\n
