Shuffle Up & Deal has been announced and the second flight of the 2018 Bar Poker Open National Championship is officially underway!
The first two flights saw 828 players take their first shot at the title with 43 advancing to Day 2.
Everyone today is trying to chase down Maverick Gray, of Texas Poker Tour, the current chip leader who bagged up an impressive 1,815,000.
Everyone who played the first two flights is eligible to buy-in today for $235 and aim for a piece of the $200,000 prize pool.
The structure today is the same as yesterday. Players sit down to 25,000 deep stacks and the tournament will run 30-minute levels throughout. Late registration is open until the start of Level 5 around 1:15pm and we will crunch the payout numbers at that point. Approximately 10% of today’s field will earn some cash with the last 5% moving on to Day 2 tomorrow.
