The 2015 Borgata Bar Poker Open National Championship winner Fritz Barnes (Riverchasers) is still in the hunt and he’s heating up. The action folded to Barnes on the button who raised to 400,000. A short stacked player in the big blind put his last 180,000 in the pot.
The short stacked player showed Ah8d but ran right into the AdAs of Barnes. The board ran out clean and Barnes’ pocket aces held up to earn him the pot and the elimination.
